their identity information. When you receive the email, please register your biometric
information and update your valid Vietnam identity document. For help, please do

Remember to stay alert and watch out for phishing SMS, emails and fraudulent websites.
HSBC will never send any SMS or email with a link requesting you to log on to your
online banking. Forward it to phishing@hsbc.com,
